Dr. Kenneth Hughes, and wife Pat, founded International Theological Seminary in 1983.  Since then ITS has grown around the world to more than 40 nations and nine Middle-Eastern countries.  In more than 40 years of Christian ministry Dr. Hughes has served as pastor, evangelist, founder of churches, Businessman, public school teacher and college president. He is a pioneer in distance learning, having established Church and Family Bible Institutes around this great nation in the early 1970's.  Dr. Hughes holds a Bachelor and  Masters degree in Education with a major in Curriculum Development and College Teaching, from the University of South Florida.  He has an earned Doctorate of Theology (Th.D) from International Bible Institute and Seminary and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Christian Counseling (Ph.D) through International Theological Seminary.

Rev.Y.Sharath Bhushan, Is Vice-President and Director of International Theological Seminary/India. He holds a postgraduate in History with distinction of Nagarjuna University and Bachelor of Divinity of Union Biblical Seminary.  He is also Pastor of Peniel Prayer House at Razole. He is founder and President of a multi- faceted mission organization head quarter at ITS/India.  Sharath entered the ministry in 1986 as an Area Representative of World Missionary Evangelism. His approach to Evangelism has opened doors to preach in various churches, crusades and seminars in India, America, Canada, Kuwait, Dubai, Bahrain, and Muscat etc.. His compelling love for the Gospel and distinctive burden for souls have taken him to the United States and Canada.  He presently is the Chief Editor of "Sahavasam" a Christian monthly magazine.  As a song writer and publisher, many of his songs have been recorded in three audiocassettes released by Gospel Fellowship of India and Cultural Foundation for the Blind.

Dr. Sharon Burke (www.whatisalifecoach.com)  is the lead Pastor of the dynamic ITS Worship Center Church and former department head of the ITS counseling department. She also traveled twice to ITS/Ghana to successfully install the hugely sucessful first African Counseling Curriculum and Counseling department of ITS/Ghana.  She has been with ITS since its founding in 1983 and is the person with the longest tenure at ITS. She has worked in nearly every aspect of ITS programming.  Under her Supervision the ITS Counseling Department has students from nearly every State in the Union.  Being a Life Coach, Dr. Burke is an asked for speaker for various counseling settings in the United States and Internationally. She  co-authored, with Cinderita Allen, the text book, "Introduction to Christian Counseling". 

Dr. Samuel Dornyo of Ghana, W. Africa has been an ITS International Advisor since 1999. He is the president of vastly successful International Theological Seminary in Ghana, West Africa and represents ITS missions and Interests in Africa. He earned his Bachelors Degree in Ministerial Theology from Fountain Gate Bible College, Masters and Doctorate of Theology (Th.D) Degrees from ITS/USA and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Clinical Christian Counseling (Ph.D) from the International Theological Seminary.  He also holds a Diplomate and Board Certified Christian Clinical Supervisor status with NBCCT (Sarasota - Fl), and is Certified Restorative Therapist Master Level with FBCTI in Texas. He is a licensed Professional Christian Counselor - Advanced Certified with NCCA - USA. Dr. William and Dr.  Barbara DeSue are Advisors and affiliates with International Theological Seminary.  They pastor the very successful  and fast growing Increasing Joy Ministries Church located in Palmetto, Florida.  Together, their presentations are simple, powerful and very profound.  The DeSue's provide practical insights on how to increase joy and to live everyday in Christian victory! William is the Executive Director of the Housing Authority of the City of Bradenton, Florida as well. Their professional involvement in workforce diversity dates back to 1986. He was born in Jacksonville, Florida. She was born in Palmetto, Florida. Both earned Bachelor degree from Florida Memorial College. William earned his Master of Public Administration from the University of North Florida. Barbara earned her Master degree in Education from the University of Florida. William was an instructor for the Institutes of Government for the University of South Florida, Florida Atlantic University, Edison Community College and Manatee Community College.  Barbara, formerly, was Supervisor of the Duval County Florida Middle Schools. They have three children and live in Bradenton, Florida.     Doctor Manny Bewry and wife Karen are a dynamic team that Minister under the Leadership of the Holy Spirit. They are unwavering and committed to God's Word.  The Bewrys compassionate and experienced in the Ministry as Pastor and Church founder.  His success is well documented as a public speaker, preacher, teacher, debater and Christian Philosopher. Some of his major  Ministry accomplishments include Founder and President of Bethel Family Ministries, Foundation member of Bethel Deliverance Temple and Member of debate team that represented Jamaica in the World University Debating Competition. 

The Doctorate degree in Theology (Th.D) and the Masters degree in Theology (Th.M) from International Theological Seminary of Bradenton, Florida.  He is a Certified Christian counselor and member of the Sarasota Academy of Christian Counseling.  He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer and Management studies (1st class honors) from the University of Technology and is a Fellow of Life Management Institute (FLMI) Diploma from the  life office management association (LOMA US).  Dr. Bewry's latest success at writing is his major publication IN 2006 titled, THE ROLE OF THE CHURCH IN A DECAYING WORLD.

Dick Hardin is Vice President of Academic Administration at ITS.  Dick graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering.  After 27 years with IBM, with an extensive track record in conceiving implementing new products as well as people management, he retired and entered the Ministry of Missions.  Dick earned a Masters degree in Religious Education from Luther Rice Seminary and is a Doctoral candidate at ITS.  He has written MS Access Database programs for various ministries world wide and spent time with his wife Lyn as missionaries in the Canary Islands, Spain and Costa Rica. 

Carla Hughes has served International Theological Seminary for eleven years as Dean of the Seminary.  She holds an earned BA in International Relations from the University of South Florida and is attending the Dallas Theological Seminary and the University of South Florida Graduate School of Religion.  Carla has a Masters degree in Theology. She spent a year teaching English at Chang Chun University in China and has traveled extensively throughout the world during her ITS career.  She is a prolific writer having written two books.  She is a Board Member of the Florida Council of Private Colleges and Universities and a member of the Board of Directors of other Ministries and Companies.  She is the Daughter of President Hughes.  Also a prolific writer, she writes under the name Carla Capshall.  Her website address is www.carlacapshall.com.

Daniel Hughes is current Coordinator of the ITS/Native American Ministries for International Theological Seminary. He has been one of my leaders and advisors since we were children living in Dayton, Ohio where we were born. He retired from the pastorate ministry of the Church of God in 1999 at age 62,  During his pastorate work he graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor and Masters degree in Counseling. He received his Doctorate degree in Theology from International Theological Seminary in 1994. Since 1994, he founded his growing ministry to the Western American Natives. 

Dr. Malak is Vice-President of ITS/Arabic. He and Mrs. Malak are Egyptian Christians and Minister throughout Middle Eastern countries.  They are winning the Middle East to Christ by Television, Radio, written materials and personal evangelism.  They have given International Theological Seminary another historical first by making ITS/Arabic, www.arabicits.net, the first Distance Learning Seminary website in the world for Arabic Speaking Students.  Dr and Mrs Malak's website is www.inarabic.org. Valery Zhatevich is  Director for the ITS Russian/European  program. He is also an  adjunct professor and mentor for Russian speaking students.  He hosted the first International Theological Seminary Graduation Service in Russia in 2007.  Valery was born and raised in Russia and has a great vision to take the gospel by education back to the countries of the old Soviet Union.  Being the son of a Russian pastor, his experience includes membership in the underground church of Russia. Other credits include being interpreter for Billy Graham crusades in Russia. Dr. Valery earned his Bachelor and Master degrees from Azusa Christian University and Doctorate in Ministry from C.P. Haggard Graduate School of Theology.  In 2007 Valery received his Ph.D in Biblical Studies from International Theological Seminary.  A very gifted writer, Valery has published in nearly forty magazines.
